Asparagus and Glass Noodle Soup
4 Cups Beef, Vegetable, or Chicken Stock -or-
Onion Soup base combined with 4 added cups water, chicken, beef, or vegetable stock
2 Bunches asparagus tops cut into 4 inch pieces
1/2 cup shredded carrots
1 package sliced, cleaned mushrooms of your choice
10 spring onions cut up, including green stems
1/3 cup sea vegetables

Simmer until all vegetables are tender.
Add up to one+ teaspoon to taste:
cayenne powder
ginger powder
lemon pepper
curry powder
1/2+ teaspoon turmeric powder

Add one cup or up to 12 ounces (1 package) of glass noodles (Kelp Noodles)

Additional Ingredient Options:
For creamier consistency, Add 1 cup organic coconut milk
For savory  and thicker consistency, Add 1/2 cup organic carrot juice or Asparagus Puree

May add shrimp, chicken, beef, fennel, broccoli, or cut up tomato
