Cancellation Policy
There is a $25 charge if you fail to show up or fail to notify us for a scheduled appointment or coaching session or
cancel with less than 24 hours notice.
Appointment and Cancellation Policy
The goal is to provide quality care, consultations, and coaching in a timely manner. In order to do so we have had
to implement an appointment/cancellation policy.  This policy enables us to better utilize available appointments
for our clients in need of care and coaching. Time has been specifically reserved for your Consultation
appointment, Procedure, or Coaching Session.  Please call at least 24 hours ahead of time if you must cancel an
appointment.
Cancellation of an Appointment
In order to be respectful to the scheduling needs of Kathryn El Louise please be courteous and call her promptly
if you are unable to attend an appointment. This time will be reallocated to someone who is in urgent need of her
services.   This is how she can best serve the needs of the numerous requests received for Consultations.  If it
is necessary to cancel your scheduled appointment she requires that you call by 10 a.m. One (1) working day in
advance.   Appointments are in high demand.  Your early cancellation will give another person the possibility to
have access to timely care.
How to Cancel Your Appointment
To cancel appointments please call 760.835.5531 or 760.666.5174 to speak directly to Kathryn El Louise or her
assistant.  If you do not reach her or her assistant, you may leave a detailed message on the voice mail. You may
not cancel via email.
Late Cancellations
Late cancellations will be considered as a “no show”.
No Show Policy
A “no show” is someone who misses an appointment without canceling it by 10:00 a.m. One (1) working day in
advance, either in person or by phone.
A failure to present at the time of a scheduled appointment will be recorded as a “no show”. An administrative
fee of $25.00 for the first “no show” and $40.00 for subsequent “no shows” will be charged to the clients account.
Three “no shows” will result in the temporary suspension of services. In order to reinstate services the client
will be required to submit a non-refundable $100.00 advance premium payment prior to any new scheduling of
appointments.
