Antibiotic Stock Pot ~~Clear
For Respiratory and Stomach Flu, Colds, Oncoming Colds, Bronchitis,
Inflammation, General Malaise and for optimum health maintenance.
All organic ingredients if possible.
Start with 2+ Quarts Natural Organic Chicken Broth Stock Base
in large stock pot, add
more water if necessary to cover any additional vegetables.
Add 1-2 cups cut up or large diced each to chicken stock:
Celery
Carrots
Yellow Onion
Fennel
Parsnips
Fresh red chard
Fresh kale
Raw mushrooms of choice
Celery root
Also add:
1 cup jasmine or brown rice or 2 cups small red potatoes
1/4+ cup chopped parsley
3+ cloves chopped fresh garlic (to taste)
4-5 large handfuls fresh spinach leaves
1/2-3/4 cup fresh squeezed Lemon Juice and 1/8th cup Lime Juice
2-3 cups fresh or canned diced tomatoes with juice
1/2 cup each chopped red, yellow, and green bell peppers
Ten minutes before serving, add fresh 1/2 cup fresh or frozen peas
Additional Suggestions:
lentils
dried red or pinto beans
dried peas
dried white beans
Use only  Cayenne Peppers, either powder, dried, or fresh
Seasonings:
Add 1+ Tablespoon each to taste:
Sea Salt
Medium Ground pepper
Celery Seed
Curry Powder
Onion Powder
Garlic Powder
Turmeric Powder
Ginger Powder or 2 inch piece fresh, skinless ginger root
Cayenne Powder, 1+ fresh or 1+ dried, to taste
Add up to 1/2 cup:  
Chopped Fresh Dill
Chopped Fresh Chives
Chopped Fresh Basil
Chopped Fresh Fennel with green lace tops.
Simmer on stove top for up to 1 and 1/2+ hours until rice/lentils are cooked
to desired texture.  Do not overcook.
Additional Options:
Low sodium chicken, vegetable, or beef bouillon cubes for additional flavor  
Miso Paste or low sodium soy sauce to taste.
Shrimp
chicken pieces
beef strips
ham hocks for flavorings stock
extra firm organic tofu (just before serving).
Stir every so often to incorporate.
Serving Suggestions:
Toppers:  
crushed mint leaves
1/4 inch fresh chopped chive pieces
Handful of fresh cut basil strips
Generous sprinkles of cayenne powder to taste
Dollop of creme fresh
Splash of fresh squeezed lemon or lime juice
Dollops of Greek yogurt or sour cream
Parmesan cheese for extra flavor
Cream cheese 1/4 X1/4 inch squares for extra protein  
Herbal flavored salad toppings
Tortilla Strips
If desired, add small dash of extra virgin olive oil
Soup lasts up to five days in refrigerator.  May be frozen.

Herbs and spices are good medicine.  Remember to use 2:1 of the amount of fresh
herbs to one quantity of dry herbs in any recipe.  Herbs and spices have antibiotic
properties and are thought to work together as a comprehensive supplemental aide
to your recovery.   Cayenne has Vitamin C properties while boosting  metabolism.  
Turmeric, Basil, Onion, Garlic, and Oregano have been shown to assist our immune
system in fighting off colds, influenza, and bacterial challenges.  In addition,
Turmeric and Fennel have excellent anti-inflammatory properties.   Lemon and lime
juices cleanse your digestive system and promote healthy alkaline internal PH
levels which aids in your over all wellness.
This recipe is not set in stone, but include the basic amounts for maximum effect
and flavor.  Experiment with the amount of each of the soup ingredients (prior to
being sick!).  Use your intuition and dietary history to evaluate the addition or
deletion and strength of each ingredient you ad.
